The Kansas City Business Journal continues its “20 to Know” series, introducing readers to people they should get to know in key industries and categories. Joe Morgan
COO, Patmos
At the start of the year, Morgan was promoted to chief operating officer at Patmos, a local internet infrastructure services and data center operator. He is also helping oversee data center work in the metro area, including plans for a $1 billion retrofit of The Kansas City Star’s former printing building into a data center. The project stands out because of plans to house not only a data center, but also commercial, office and event space at the 400,000-square-foot property.
